1. Information We Collect
To provide land records, map sheets, boundary measurement, and document copy retrieval services, the Application collects the following user data:
Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, and Mobile Phone Number (collected during registration to set up and manage your secure account).
Precise Location Data: Access to your mobile device's precise location (foreground GPS coordinates) is requested. This data is collected and processed only while utilizing the GPS Boundary Measurement feature to calculate land area and plot perimeter. We do not track your location in the background.
Land Record Search Parameters: District, taluka, village name, survey numbers (gat numbers), and document numbers entered to search and fetch public land records.
Transaction Details: When you purchase a registered document copy, payment transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). The Application stores payment transaction IDs and status for your history records. We do not store credit card or bank account credentials.
📍 Location Access & Transparency
Access to location data is requested explicitly at runtime. This data is processed strictly on-device using Turf.js map libraries to calculate land boundaries and draw map paths on your screen. It is never sold, shared, or compiled for marketing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To create, secure, and maintain your user profile.
To compute and display accurate GPS boundary maps and measurements.
To retrieve official land records and digitally-signed document copies from appropriate sources.
To complete and verify financial payment transactions for ordered documents.
To comply with regulatory audit requirements and security monitoring.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following scenarios:
With service providers (such as Supabase for database management and Razorpay for payment checkouts) who operate under strict privacy guidelines.
When required by law, regulatory audits, or to protect user safety.
Security measures: All user data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) HTTPS communication protocols and encrypted at rest in our secure database engines.
4. Data Control and Deletion Rights
We believe in user control over their personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated profile, measurement, and history records at any time. You can initiate this self-service process instantly inside the app settings or via our web-based portal at Account Deletion Portal.
